BDC Representative/Automotive Franchise Dealer

Responsibilities - BDC Associate:

• Attend product and sales training
• Promptly and professionally respond to internet inquiries from potential customers primarily seeking information about product availability, pricing and payments.
• Identify customer needs, answer their questions in a pleasant manner, and assist them to the best of your ability.
• Make 100 outbound calls daily
• Answer inbound calls
• Schedule appointments
• Coordinate internet promotions with dealership sales promotions and advertising.
• Maintain a current customer database to capture repeat business.
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications/Requirements - BDC Associate:

• Automotive Call Center/Telephone Sales/Customer Service experience required
• Internet sales or sales experiencezpreferred
• Bi-lingual is a definite PLUS!
• Enthusiastic and energetic with good computer skills
• A positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent. College is a plus!
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
